Once I get a one year NON O multiple entry based on marriage from savvenakhet do I have to leave the country every 90 days ?
Do I just go to a border and walk out and back in if this is the case ??

TLDR : Answer Summary
Once you have a one-year NON-O multiple entry visa based on marriage, you do need to exit the country every 90 days. You can perform a border run by simply leaving Thailand and re-entering to reset your stay.

No new TM30 if no change in address. Just bring your passport with the new TM6 and prior TM30 receipt to Chiangmai Immigration by the next day. TM30 submission/update is available EVERY day, 0830-1600 hrs, even for announced office closures. Just went today.
