TLDR : Answer Summary
Once you have a one-year NON-O multiple entry visa based on marriage, you do need to exit the country every 90 days. You can perform a border run by simply leaving Thailand and re-entering to reset your stay.

And leave the country and come back in again just before the expiry date and you get another 90 days

No new TM30 if no change in address. Just bring your passport with the new TM6 and prior TM30 receipt to Chiangmai Immigration by the next day. TM30 submission/update is available EVERY day, 0830-1600 hrs, even for announced office closures. Just went today.

In Chang Mai they enforce this. So after every new entry in Thailand you visit the Immigration Office to update.

A new TM 30 after I come back even if it's the same address ? I live in Chiang Mai
Robert *******
No, depends on where you live. Some Immigration Offices want you to update your address registration every time you've been abroad.
