If I’m supposed to do a 90 report on the 10th Oct but leaving the country 29th Oct, do I still have to do a 90 day report or will I be covered by amnesty?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is required to complete the 90-day report, even if leaving the country shortly after. There is no amnesty for the 90-day reports, and it must be done within the specified time frame.

there is no amnesty for the 90 day reports. The law is clear; you must do your report between 15 days prior to 7 days after the deadline.
