Am I Covered by the Amnesty Announcement for My 90-Day ED Visa Extension?

Good afternoon. I am on a 90-day ED visa (language school) which I already extended previously and whose new expiration date is May 13th, but I am supposed to go CW extend it till August 4th (end of the language program, I get support documents from my school). My 90-day report expiring May 8th.

1) I presume my situation is covered by amnesty announcement, which means I can stay until 31st July under this ED visa without doing anything, right ?

2) Considering low affluence at CW now, I plan to go there extend both ED visa and 90-day report. What do you advise?

Thank you very much for your help!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the implications of the amnesty announcement on their existing 90-day ED visa. They believe they can stay until July 31 without any action, but comments indicate that they are not covered by the amnesty and should proceed with normal extension and reporting processes.

You are NOT COVERED by the amnesty program.

Do as Tod stated.

Good Luck

If you qualify for the extension of stay, get the extension of stay. For the 90 report, I suggest doing them as normal

you are on a "long term" extension and you do your 90 day reporting and go get your new extension like normal.

You can apply for your extension when you have 45 days or less left on your current stamp

You can do a 90 day report when you have 15 days or less before the due date

You are not covered by the amnesty program
