TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are on a tourist visa that has been extended for 30 days, a 90-day report is not needed. This requirement only applies to those on extensions that exceed 90 days.

A 90 day report is not needed. 90 day reports are only required for people who are on extension of stays that are longer than 90 days; you were on a 30 day extension of stay, and therefore is not needed.
