The requirement to report your stay every 90 days depends on the type of visa you hold. If you are on a one-year extension of stay or an equivalent visa, you must submit a 90-day report. However, during certain periods of amnesty, this report may not be necessary, but it's advised to continue reporting to avoid problems. Online submissions are available and easy to complete.

As others say, you do not need to do the 90 report, but they are still being accepted. I think the amnesty is extremely questionable myself, and I highly recommend not to have a brea in any 90 day reports or other "normal" activities, if at all possible.
You only do a 90 day report if you are on a one year extension of stay or equivalent visa; you do not do a 90 day report for being on amnesty.
If you already did a 90 day report in person, you can do the reports electronically through one of the following tools:
I did mine online today again and got the confirmation within an hour. When it's as easy as that anyone who can do it online might as well continue to do so rather than wait to see what happens in the near future.
online didn't works for me and for my 2 friends, before was ok.

You do not have to report that you are 90 days inside Thailand, but as soon as an announcement is made how and when you have to do this again you have to follow that up, OR just keep on doing the reports and you know when to do the next one, as it is only a few minutes work using the internet
