I asked them after obtaining my covid extension. The answer was: "Yes, if you want"

I went there today just in case expecting they will tell me that I don't have to do it. Instead I got the paper in my passport as the 90 days, but it is until the end of my covid extension, which is about 40 days now.

yes. I wonder what would happen if I didn't do it. Would I get any penalty or would it just pass without any problems? Does anybody has any experience about it?
