My 90-Day Report due April 12.

Seems like the online system is STILL down?

Can I send someone else to MTT to do the Report for me? If so, would they need anything other than my passport and last receipt, e.g. a letter of authority?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of sending someone else to do their 90-Day Report due on April 12, given that the online system is down. According to community comments, another person can indeed file the report on your behalf without needing a letter of authority, as long as they have your passport, the filled-out TM47 form, and the last report slip.

anyone can file a 90 day report for you. They don't need a "letter of authority" or "power of attorney" to do it. Just your passport, your filled out TM47 and the previous 90 day report slip is fine (as long as you're not late and are using the same address as before :) )
