QUESTION: I do NOT have an arrival / departure card. I do however have a police statement which says I lost it. Ive been managing fine with the police statement interns of 90-days and visa extensions. MY QUESTION though, will I need to have an arrival / departure card for my TM30 registration? According to my land lady I need to have an arrival departure card and can not use the police statement saying I lost it......is she correct? Any advice appreciated!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is unsure if they need an arrival/departure card for TM30 registration after losing it and having a police statement to prove it. Comments suggest that the user can obtain a new arrival card from the immigration office using the police report, as the TM30 is linked to the TM6, which requires an arrival/departure card.

Take the police report with you, get a NEW departure card at the immigration office, (they will write the number of the OLD arrrival card you had on it) then use the new card to file a TM30.

TM30 is linked to the TM6 so yes, you need a TM6. Just go to inmigration and ask for a new one

You arrive in Thailand and within 24 hours after arriving at your address you need to report using the TM30. And you already did loose the departure card and made a police report. With the police report you can ask a new card at the Immigration Office.

Get a new one at immigration office. Problem solved. You are not the first person to lose this piece of paper.

sorry I meant to ask. Is it a long (difficult) process or can I simply just go pick it up?
