TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have a Non-O visa based on marriage that is not multiple entry, you need to obtain a re-entry permit before traveling to Cambodia. This can be done at the airport or through your local immigration office. If it is a multiple entry visa, you won't need a re-entry permit.

, how about stating where you got this Non-O visa based on marriage?

Do you really have a Non-O VISA or do you have a yearly extension of stay.

If it's a multi entry visa and still valid when you return you dont need a re entry permit, if it's a single entry visa or an extention of stay then yes, you will need a re entry permit

Is your non O multiple entry based on marriage? If so you don't need a re entry permit

???? Multi entry no need. Single entry need 200%!!!

If your visa has 1 year extension (not multi), you have to make a Reentry. Or in your immigration office on in airport or on the land border (but this service somewhere isn't available). Enjoy your travel!

Steve Greir Yes. Aranyaprathet Boarding Pass can do it surely. Trat 1 border can do, 1 border can't do (Pong Nam Ron can't do surely). Really for topicstarter will be better, if he will make a reentry permit by his immigration before. 1 photo and 1000 thb for single, 3900thb for multi reentry. This price is equal everywhere, it's a government tax.

Multiple entry is better if he wants to visit another countries as often as he wants, this type of Reentry is valid till the end of his visa extension

Evgenia Vinogradova Rarely available at land borders, in fact I dont know any land borders where a re entry permit is available
