TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can leave Thailand with a re-entry permit on your 90-day non-immigrant O visa (marriage). This will keep your permitted stay date active until the end of your 90 days.

Even with the Multiple Entry visa you get a maximum of 90 days of stay. i just try to make it clear, but if you say it is the single entry, you need the Re-Entry Permit if you want your 90 days stay to kept alive and on return you fill in the Re-Entry Permit on the TM6 arrival card as visa number and you will get the same Admitted Until date as you got on your first entry with this visa.
