I have a non-o retirement visa expired on July 2024. I am planing to go back Hong Kong to get a new passport as it runs out of pages. Do I still need the letter from embassy to transfer stamps? Or a receipt is enough? Please share your experience. Thank you.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the necessity of a letter from the embassy to transfer their NON-O retirement visa to a new passport, given that their current passport is running out of pages. Responses from the community suggest that it is possible to transfer the visa and one option is to carry both the old and new passports.
