Do I need a letter from the embassy to transfer my NON-O retirement visa to a new passport?
I have a non-o retirement visa expired on July 2024. I am planing to go back Hong Kong to get a new passport as it runs out of pages. Do I still need the letter from embassy to transfer stamps? Or a receipt is enough? Please share your experience. Thank you.
