Hello Everyone....I'm planning to go at Thai Embassy  Vientiane in Laos.....for getting NON O ..trailing spouse based on retirement... is it possible ?  Or what is the better  Thai Embassy in Philippines  ... I have complete documents...

There's certainly no harm in trying that's for sure, I mean all they can say is no.

dunno if they'll issue you one or not and there just haven't been enough people going there for any visa to have any real track record.

Remember you make an appointment at that consulate to get in the gate, and they take 3 working days to process the visa (drop off monday morning pick up wednesday afternoon

all you can do is try, and i don't know about any letter for trailing spouse 90 day Non-O
