With a DTV, is it necessary to do a 90 day report?
Answer summary
The necessity of a 90-day report for those on a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) in Thailand remains debated. Several comments suggest that if you are not interacting with immigration or if you exit the country before 180 days, you may not need to file the report. However, some assert that it is mandatory for all visa holders, emphasizing the nature of the report being tied to the visa type. Overall, the consensus is unclear and varies based on individual circumstances.

No just visit 711 once a week and you don’t have to do your 90 day report
IF you are exiting the country before the 180 days stay is up and are not attempting to extend the stay with an immigration office, then you really wouldn't need to bother. Basically if you do not have any business with an immigration office, there's not really a scenario where you would be 'caught out' for not doing it.
