TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the possibility of changing from a Non-O to a Non-B visa while staying in Thailand. Responses suggest that if the Non-O visa is an extension for a Thai spouse, it may not be necessary to switch to a Non-B visa, as the Non-O allows holders to work or run a business. However, there are cases where others attempted to switch and faced challenges.

I know of others who have needed to do the same, but haven't been able to.

If you have a non O thai spouse visa/extension , you can work or run a business on it, so no need to change over to B

Depending on what type of non-O your extension is, you might not have to.
