Hi everyone 👋

I’m looking for some advice and hoping someone here has experience with this.

I want to apply for a DTV visa using a Muay Thai course as the qualifying activity. I’m currently in Turkey, and I’m a Spanish citizen.

Has anyone here applied for the DTV in a similar situation (applying from Turkey or as an EU/Spanish passport holder)?

Any tips about schools, documents, or the application process would be really appreciated 🙏

You can apply from anywhere in the world (as long as outside Thailand) regardless of your nationality. Only thing is you need to show proof of you actually being in the country that you are applying from. Just provide an entry stamp on your pp or boardingpass or air ticket that you used to fly into that country (in your case Turkey).

My gym does the DTV and as long as you stay in the same country you are applying from and the bank funds you show must be in a savings account - will be ok.
