Hello guys, I would like to apply to DTV from Russia, I read that the application fee must be paid in person and in USD. 

Apart from that, after the payment of the fee will there be an interview with an officer?

My husband paid the application fee for me, and I didn’t have an interview. But I got my DTV quite a while ago, so things might be different now.

As of now, they don't do in-person interviews.

Just FYI: it is worth double-checking Moscow document requirements before you go.

They don't accept self-employed workation applicants; ask for 5 year course payments for soft power; and dependents need to submit a full document set for the primary DTV visa holder if that visa was issued by another embassy.
