Can my mother sponsor my visa application with a letter and bank statement?

I have 300,000THB in my bank and I am doing the other 200,000 THB letter of sponsorship from my mum!

Anyone got any tips? Anything in particular to say? I’ve asked chat GBT to help me write a letter and I’ve got her bank statement and the letter is worded well and is formal

It’s got way more than 300,000 in it so hoping we won’t have any issues or delays 😅 I’ve not spoken to anyone who has done a sponsorship letter

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on using their mother's sponsorship letter and bank statement to meet financial requirements for their visa application, having already prepared the documents. Commenters suggest it may not be valid for an adult who is not a dependent and recommend alternatives, like 'borrowing' money for the application.

You would be better off "borrowing" the 200k from your mother and apply yourself. Some embassies allow adult sponsorship via an employer.

From my experience the only sponsorship letters that are allowed are those of dependants applying based on the husband/wife's primary application, not from those not married to the applicant, and dependants based on that marriage. Your mom can't write a sponsorship letter for you. That hasn't been approved anywhere.
