Hi all. Trying to find out if it's ok to get an agent to do the 90 day reporting on our behalf? And if so, can anyone recommend an agent you've used to do the 90 day reporting for you please? We've been to Bangkok Immigration Dept in person once already, for our 1 year visa extension (which was approved). Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can hire an agent to handle your 90-day reporting in Thailand. After your first in-person reporting, you can also submit future reports online or via a phone app. One suggested agent is a business center at a hospital on Sukhumvit Soi 3, which charges around 600 baht for this service.

Yeah you can get an agent to do it, but after you've done it once in person, you can do following reports online(including phone app) It takes a couple of minutes.

Your extension visit doesnt count as a 90 day report btw.

Btw. Anyone charging more than 600b is trying to screw you over. I've heard of people paying 4000b before getting advice.

. Yep. All I'm saying is if you get privately solicited by an agent without inviting them to, and dont want it, let me know. We try very hard to prevent it. There's no advertising or soliciting allowed. Personal recommendations by members is ok.

Also exiting and re entering thailand during your extension resets the 90 days each time. But make sure you get a re entry permit before exiting

. Read the last sentence of my reply 😉. No. Because you haven't been in Thailand for 90 days on your extension yet. The countdown starts from that day

Hi Steven. Thanks for your message. What I can't figure out, and even the "immigration hotline" couldn't tell me, is does our 1st visa extension visit to immigration as count as a 1st 90 day report?
