TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, for the 90-day reporting requirement, it is possible for one person to report for other family members, including children and a spouse. However, practices may vary depending on the specific immigration office, as some may require the presence of all individuals involved while others do not. Additionally, there's an option to complete the report online, which some users have found to be simple and convenient.

Anyone can do a 90 day report for anyone. Except some offices will be belligerent. Some will insist on the person being present some won’t care.

Only if you made the first 90 day reporting at an Immigration Office.

After that it's very easy to do on-line and only takes a couple of minutes. Then it takes between a few hours and several days to get the approval notification.

Actually the first one can be done online too. You just need to ensure your TM30 address matches your reporting address. New system. New rules.
