TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can authorize someone to complete your 90-day report on your behalf by providing them your passport. A Power of Attorney is not necessary, and it is generally not required to present the previous 90-day report slip at most immigration offices.

Yes you can. They will only need your passport.

>Power of attorney needed?

Not required

>is the previous 90 day report slip essential?

I don't think a 90 day report slip is required at most offices

, so you got out and back to Thailand recently? Then you sure count 89days 90nights from your latest entry date. It's your new 90days report due.

In Bangkok, if they didn't give you that little slip with a date with your extension, it means the date from your previous 90days report is still valid, your due date.
