Has anyone ever sent someone else to do the 90 day report? Asking because I'm in Koh Phangan but my visa is from the Chiang Mai immigration office and online reporting system is down

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the possibility of sending someone else to complete the 90-day visa report in Thailand, especially when the online reporting system is down. It's noted that reports can be done at other immigration offices such as in Koh Samui if one is in Koh Phangan, but challenges can arise if the visa was issued in a different location, such as Khon Kaen. Contributors share personal experiences regarding handling relatives' reports and the requirement of presenting their passports. There is also mention of a three-week window to report online.

I've done my father's and son's every time but always with their passports. I once had an agent do one and the agent also required the passport.

I think you need to report at Samui if you're on Koh Phangan
