Can a foreign couple with one parent on a Non-O and the other on an ED visa apply for a Non-O visa for their child with a Thai parent?
good afternoon, i know that a foreigner who has a child with thai citizen and non-married can get non-O 1 year from Penang. but does it apply for foreigner couple whose one of the parent has non-O and ED visa for the child? anyone has lead or experience? thank you
