If I visit Lao then return to Thailand after 4 days I get extra 15 days in Thailand is this correct and how many times can I visit Thailand in a calendar year ??

The number of days depends on your nationality. I am not sure about the the number of times you can do that, if its the same for everyone or if that differs by passport also.
