Hi, im posting again with the exact details. I arrived to Thailand a few months ago, got a tourist visa 30 days, extended it by immigration office and then i got Non-B visa for 90 days to work in company in Thailand. My 90 days is about to finish and also the work. I want to get a new tourist visa 30 days. Can i exit thailand by flight and enter thailand again the same day to get new tourist visa? Or i will be denied?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster wants to know if they can exit Thailand by flight and re-enter on the same day to obtain a new 30-day tourist visa after their current Non-B visa is set to expire. Responses from the community indicate that while there is no formal rule against this, the outcome ultimately depends on the immigration officer at the airport. It's suggested that since the poster has spent a significant amount of time in Thailand recently, they may be questioned about their purpose for such a quick return. Additionally, some commenters highlight that there's no specific 30-day tourist visa; the poster may receive a 30-day visa-exempt stamp upon re-entry, whether by flight or land.

Flight or land. No problem. Can do same day if you wish. Any border bounce agency can make your life easier . You will receive 30 day visa exempt stamp on return by land or air. Very unlikely to be denied anywhere.

No such thing as a 30 day tourist visa you’ll have to leave and buy a tourist visa or return for a 30 day exempt stamp

There's no rule against this. Whether or not you'll be allowed is going to be up to the immigration officer you're referring l standing in front of at the airport.

You've just spent 5 months in Thailand so there's a possibility that you'll be pulled out of line and asked about why you're returning to Thailand so soon without a proper visa.

from your experience you think it’s too risky?

you'll definitely want the 3 proofs, primarily the 20,000 baht or equivalent in another currency in cash.
