Hi everyone, 

I did one Visa on Arrival in Thailand from 30.01 to 12.02. Everything was fine. It was my first time visiting Thailand. I am now in Singapore. 

Can I do second time in the next days? For example, from 21.02. to 04.03. Of course, with plane tickets for entry and exit from Thailand. 

Are there any limits for Visa on Arrival per year or within specific time frame?

Edited: you should be fine doing visa on arrival again. I'm not aware that there's any defined limit, but they're not going to let you continue doing them over and over. A few times with time out of Thailand in between should be no issue though.

There is no limit on visa on arrival. The only limit, which in your case isn't applicable, is for those getting visa exemption. They can only do that twice per calendar year at land borders (and there's no limit coming by air).

As long as your total time in Thailand stays within reasonable boundaries, you shouldn't have any trouble obtaining that second VOA, or even a few more for that matter.
