Hello everyone!

Is there any age limit for a child to get a Non-O following a working mom with a Non-B visa?

My son will turn 20 yo in October, visa renewal in August.

Thank you ๐Ÿ™

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, there is an age limit for children to obtain a Non-O visa based on the parent's visa type. A child cannot be over 20 years of age to be eligible for a Non-O visa when the parent holds a Non-B visa.

Thank you. I didn't mention, that my son is a disabled person (non-verbal with ASD), I'm his only legal guardian - have a Court Ruling, saying he's " totally incapacitated due to profound intellectual disability". (Courl ruling from Poland, translated to English)

In this case, will he get the visa?

, in that case, he could be exception from the age limit of being a dependent.

You should go to immigration to see what documents you need for him, or current one is enough. You may or may not need documents from doctors in Thailand.
