Can I visit Laos from Thailand and return with a French passport?
Is it possible to visit Laos from Thailand arriving in Bangkok then going to Laos for 2 weeks and back to visit Thailand. I have a european(french) passeport. As there is not direct flight to Laos i have to pass throught Thailand and flight back from there as well. Thanks

Without a history of long stays with extensions in Thai, your trip would be like a walk in the park. Nothing to worry about.

As long as you do not have a history of prolonged stay in Thailand and your stays are short there should be no issues entering and exiting on vise exempt as above.

You will be transiting Thailand not entering if you don’t stay in the kingdom otherwise you will be entering visa exempt

Assuming your "European" passport is issued by a nation whose passport holders are allowed to enter Thailand without a visa and you don't have a significant history in Thailand then you should be fine doing that. It would have helped if you mentioned what passport you actually hold
