Hi everyone! Quick question regarding the DTV. If you are applying for the DTV and your spouse is doing so as well, does your spouse also need to have the $15,000 USD in their account as well, or would they be looked at as an extension of your DTV? Still learning. Thanks in advance for the insight!!

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for the Thai Digital Nomad Visa (DTV), each spouse must typically demonstrate they have the required $15,000 USD (or its equivalent) in a bank account. However, some embassies may allow one spouse to sponsor the other, enabling them to share the same funds. It is essential to check the specific requirements of the embassy where you are applying.

Each must apply for their own DTV. You apply for yourself and once yours is issued your spouse applies quoting your DTV details. Some embassies will allow you to sponsor your spouse so you can show the same money but it is embassy specific
