I know this topic has been beaten like a dead horse, but I have a TM30 question. I read Tod Daniels' post about self-reporting, but not sure if it is for self-filing upon return to the Kingdom. My landlord has already registered my TM30, and this is the first time I'm going on holiday since.

I'm going to Myanmar for a week and will return on October 13. My landlord is Chinese (and lives in China), so I'd like to self-report my return. Due to the holiday, I will be going to Immigration on October 15. Will I need anything other than my lease agreement and passport to take with me? Do I need copies of the "blue book" or my landlord's passport?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on whether they can self-report their TM30 registration upon returning to Thailand after a holiday in Myanmar, especially given that their landlord has already registered the TM30. They inquire about necessary documentation for the self-reporting process and the implications of any potential fines for late reporting. Comments indicate that self-reporting is possible within 24 hours of return without a fine, and suggest necessary documents including the passport and potentially the TM6.

You can self-report ANY time you want to

IF you do it within 24 hours of coming back into the country there is no fine. IF you do it later than that there's the 800baht fine.

You can self report with your Passport TM 6 if appropriate.

If by chance your holiday address was never reported, then you will appear at your home address, and no change will be made on TM30
