Can I re-apply for a work permit on a non-B visa if my application was denied?

Good morning,

I have a non B 3 months single entry, was waiting for the Work Permit that came back denied from the ministry of Labor.

Can i Re-apply for a work permit on the same Visa?

Is my visa still valid?

is there anything i should do, as on my visa, immigration officer at the border has writen , next time show your W.P.?

You have a Single Entry visa, you used this visa to enter Thailand. so the visa is invalid and stamped used. On entry you got 90 days Admitted to stay, you can stay these 90 days and then leave the country and apply for a new Single Entry Non Immigrant B visa with documents from your employer and as mentioned on the stamp with a valid Work Permit. Ask the Ministry of Labor why your application of Work Permit is denied, get the documents in order and apply again.

No, you only show passport when you leave the country.
