Hi all. Some advice needed. I have a Non-B and a work permit. I went on holiday got a re-entry permit. My question is....my 90 days. Is it from the day I entered Thailand again?

My stamp and entry is for 1 January 2020.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting period for your Non-B visa starts from the day you re-enter Thailand. This includes counting the day of entry as day one, regardless of the arrival time.

Okay boyz and squirrelz the way that 90 day reporting works IS

IF you are in thailand on the 90th day you are obligated to report.

IF you leave thailand before the 90th day your next 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you stamped in to thailand (they count the day you stamp in as day ONE no matter how late it is)..

And remember that the day you enter counts as first day of the 90, regardless of what time of day/night you arrive.

Actually depending on the immigration office your housemaster (that could also be you) would have to file a TM30 within 24 hours. I think I remember from Bangkok, that they could give you a hard time when you go for your next extension of stay and this notification was not done.

so I don't need to do a check in at immigration. Only 90 days after 1 Jan? I am staying in the same apartment.
