Can I obtain a re-entry permit for my non-O visa at Don Mueang Airport or do I need to visit an immigration office?

Hi,

I got a non-O visa and I am going to fly to Japan next month. Can I get the re-entry permit from Don Meuang airport or should I go to the immigration office????
