Can I apply for a second single-entry Non-B visa in Thailand without a work permit?

I'm currently on a single entry non B, based on needing to be here for meetings. I supplied paperwork from a Thai company and a Hong Kong company to support my visa application, which was done in Saigon.

I'm booked to go back to Saigon in just over a week to apply for another single entry non B, but someone today said I can't get a second one without a WP.

Does anyone know if this is true?

After 9 years I thought I had a solid grasp of all visa rules and I'm quite sure I *can* get another non B but want to make sure.

Cheers.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on a single-entry Non-B visa and is planning to apply for another one in Vietnam. They express concern over a claim that a work permit (WP) is necessary to obtain a second Non-B visa. Previous comments suggest there are no official limits on Non-B visas as long as the correct documentation is provided.

There are no official limits on Visa's. If you apply for a Non B based on meeting with the correct paperwork from both companies it should be no problem. You do not need the WP3.

Thanks Robert. That is what I thought. Just a slight moment of doubt having been given other info.

Go back to HK. Vietnam you need more docs like a WP3.

Thanks

I didn't need that the first time. Is there a limit on non B visas for the purposes of meetings rather than work?
