Hi guys,

I would need to confirm the following information regarding a Non B Visa application. (On the process of getting hired)

- Do i need to be abroad so my employer can process the WP3 doc, so i can get the letter of approval from Ministry of Labour?or i can be in Bangkok and after i get it leave?

- Hong Kong Thai Embassy doesn’t require WP3 in their list of requisites documents?anyone with similar experience confirm?

- Recently i did my first tourist Visa in Savannakhet.(next week will make 60days)

Should be ok if i apply again there for my Non B Visa? Or better to be safe and apply in Malaysia or Vietnam?

Your advise is highly appreciated.

Thank you
