Need visa related help.. I am currently on tourist visa.. my husband is employed here and the company is willing to get my dependent -O visa done...now in the meantime I have given interview for lecturer position in a college (for teaching under graduate students) and cracked it.. they have provided me with the following documents for applying immigrant non b employment visa for teachers.
1. Signed employment contract
2. Invitation letter
3. Registration papers of the college with ID proofs
The consulate in my home country however is also asking for a letter of approval (wp3) from the ministry of education as a mandatory document to obtain Non-B visa... But the college states that they will not be able to provide this document unless I get my police clearance certificate, non- b employment visa and re-enter the kingdom of Thailand... It's like a viciuos circle.. I don't get the visa unless I have the letter of approval and I don't get the letter of approval unless I have the visa..
Has anyone faced such a problem?
What is a workaround for this situation?
