Hllo πŸ™πŸ™, I have had two air entrys this year for the Visa Exemption which I have extended both times. Can I do a third entry this year? I did accidentally overstay by a day aswell.

Also can anyone recommend an online Thai language school that does education visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about making a third entry to Thailand under the Visa Exemption scheme after having completed two entries already this year, noting a minor overstay. Responses indicate that there is no strict limit on the number of entries as long as the user complies with extension rules at the local immigration office for a fee. Furthermore, it is advised that online classes cannot be attended under an Education Visa, which is meant for in-person learning only.

You can enter should be no problems but I still can't believe people have visited thailand many times and know the limits of the visas or visa exempt they have for that visit but still to this day they have overstays there zero excuse for that unless you are severely ill or dead you already know the rules abide by them or one day you find yourselves sitting immigration waiting for a clearance for them to send you back home its all dependent on the IO infront of you remember you are in their country and its theirs rules not yours Chokh di

Have you personally experienced sitting in an immigration waiting room to be Deported? probably No.

Do you personally know someone who has experienced that situation of being deported. Probably No.

So why are you bringing bar stool stories to this forum?

My suggestion is your not even in the Kingdom πŸ™„

it's matter of fact I do personally know someone whom has sat in immigration waiting to be sent home whom was denied entry for overstays and also to many visits under thai law so there is one you can blow out your rear and my thai partner and i just departed the kingdom last Monday to return back to our second home for a short stint and returning to the Kingdom with my thai partner in September as we are attending a wedding of a family member here in Australia so you can probably blow that one out aswell so it's not a bar stool story as you say it does happen often in contrary to your belief but than again people like you probably still believe in the tooth fairy πŸ€”

You cannot do online class and get an ED visa.

An ED visa is issued because you need a visa to attend your classes in person.

You can take online classes from your home country and do not need a visa for that

you would need to attend class in person, not online.
