Can my wife apply for the DTV as a dependent while my application is still pending?
Hello, I applied for the DTV, but my status is still pending. Additionally, my wife needs to apply for the DTV as a dependent. Does she need to wait until my DTV is approved before she can apply, or is there a way for us to apply simultaneously?
