Hello.  I received a DTV before I departed the states.  My family’s approval took longer and we are now in Thailand. MY spouse was denied on my DTV because of a spacing error on his name on the application.  They said I can reapply.  My question is can I apply with the e-visa system for a spouse on my DTV while in Thailand then do an overnight or two in a neighboring country and cross back to Thailand?  Or will I have to apply in a Thai embassy in a neighboring country?  Thanks for any help.

Your spouse can re-apply but he needs to be outside Thailand when he does so. He either applies in person if the country he is in doesn’t use the evisa system or the evisa system for the country he is in if it does.
