Hello all. I am currently in Thailand and have a long term rental, 6 months, and a completed TM-30. The lease is up in March which is when I plan to leave and apply for my DTV. My question is if I depart and apply before my lease is up would that cause me to be at risk for denial with already having a TM-30?

Leave now and apply if you want that's what l did. Didn't complete my 90 day report just went out applied and restamp back in after got dtv
