I have the METV visa and my 60 day is May 30th. If I go to loas can I cross and come back same day? Or am I suppose to stay a certain amount of time?

On your 56-57-58 or 59th day - you can go to your nearest Immigration and get a 30 day Extension

You don’t have to leave Thailand until 89 days

They will normally tell you when you exit if you are allowed to return immediately, just show then your printed METV as you exit
