Hello everyone, I came to Thailand on a non imm B visa and I made a one month extension that will finish on this week so is it possible to go to Malaysia and make a Tourist visa in the embassy there and come back as I want to pass some days as a tourist in Thailand ?

i just went to the immigration office and asked for an extension and they added a month on the visa

No it was just a stamp of the new date which I need to leave on it

Without seeing the stamp or wording two things come to mind. Either the office made a mistake and gave you a month, or they gave you an under consideration stamp. Either way it doesn’t matter to your original question. You can get a tourist visa at a nearby consulate and come in as a tourist. Beware that some nationalities will have difficulty doing so and may only be able to get one in their home country.

Can you post a picture of the stamp or tell me what the wording actually says? My guess is the it says something like “application under consideration” return on xx/xx/xx
