Just wondering if anyone can help. My 3 month Non Immigrant B visa expires on the 30th March. 2 weeks ago I went to immigration to extend it by 1 year but was denied as my company supplied the incorrect documents. I'm now going to immigration to get a 7 day extension. I was just wondering, if my company doesn't get the correct documentation in the next 7 days can I travel to another Thai Embassy say in Singapore/Malaysia and apply for another 3 month Non Immigrant B Visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on whether they can apply for a new 3-month Non Immigrant B visa at another Thai embassy (in Singapore or Malaysia) if their current visa is about to expire in 7 days and their extension was denied. Comments provide guidance indicating that a new visa application is indeed possible, but it requires the same documentation as the original application. It's important to check the specific requirements of the consulate as they may vary.

The 7 days extra is NOT an Extension of Stay. These 7 days mean your application is NOT approved and you get 7 days to leave the country. You can not during these 7 days visit Immigration again and apply for a new Extension of Stay.

I had this experience before, the requirement little bit difference such as u need to bring original WP, employee letter in english n thai, copied ID Card of ur boss or who signed on employee letter and CV.

you certainly could go get a new 90 day Non-B

you would need the exact same documentation you used when you applied for this Non-B..

Check the website of the consulate you're going to so you know what the exact requirements are (each one is a little different from the other).
