TLDR : Answer Summary
A 15-day Visa on Arrival (VOA) in Thailand cannot be extended. Travelers must leave the country after 15 days. Although there is a possibility of extending the VOA for 7 days at the cost of 1900 baht, this is generally not applicable for standard tourism purposes.

OP already got the answer how VOA entry works. If you want to ask further, please make a new post for a new question.

When asking visa questions, please state your nationality/passport.
as you have a passport from Bulgaria, you are entitled to enter Thailand VOA Visa on Arrival for 15 days STAMP.
Remember the Day you arrive into Thailand counts as DAY #1. And you will need to provide PROOF of your flight departing Thailand within the 15 days of your arrival into Thailand.
it's not an extension. It's a stamp for (up to) 7 days to leave the kingdom because of application denied. We don't recommend it if you are seeing a border bounce.
Can I exit and renter with a new 15 day visa on arrival?

Rossy Antonova, See attached for what "border-bounce" means. Technically, yes, you leave Thailand and just turn back to Thailand for another entry on Visa On Arrival.
it would be okay to enter by air, but not all land borders issues VOA. So you need to be careful to chose which border you want to bounce.

Visa On Arrival for 15 days stay is NOT eligible for tourism extension. You have to leave the kingdom at the end of that 15 days.
