I have just obtained my non o visa based on marriage in Laos, (multiple entry) do I still need to apply for a re entry permit ?
I have read yes and no on different sites, my local immigration man said yes too, but not sure he looked at the multiple entry bit, thanks for any advice, I fly out Monday morning ๐
TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have a Non-O visa based on marriage with multiple entries, you generally do not need to apply for a re-entry permit. This type of visa allows you to exit and re-enter Thailand without needing a permit, as long as the visa is still valid. It's only necessary to apply for a re-entry permit under specific circumstances, such as if you are near the expiration of your visa and seek to re-enter after it has expired.
