Good afternoon guys, on the 12th of this month I have to renew my Visa I had a 45 day entry on the 29th of November. If I exit by land do I only get 30 days on return I know I can get an extension for 30 days, but I need 45 days to complete my holiday here. Regards kev

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about re-entering Thailand after renewing their visa, specifically whether they would receive a 45-day entry upon crossing the border by land, as they currently have a 45-day visa. A comment confirms that regardless of the mode of entry—land, air, or sea—they will still receive a 45-day visa upon re-entry.

Myanmar borders are closed, so that makes it easier to find the closest border

You are not on a Visa, you got a Visa Exempt Entry Stamp, which you can extend for 30 days at local Thai Immig. Office, for 1900 Baht using TM7 Form; or you could do a Border Bounce and again receive another 45 Days Visa Exemption Stamp (thru
