TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster asks if they can re-enter Thailand by land after having extended their stay once. Commenters confirm that returning by land is generally permitted, but caution about potential entry requirements like proof of funds and onward travel. They note that travelers can make two land crossings per year but emphasize the importance of understanding specific entry conditions related to previous visits and stamped passports.
a Short question, I entered Thailand by land once. Based on that the answer will be no problems. Than a reply of the OP, : " I was refused for the reason that I have too much return for 3 years.". I can tell you that you were not refused entry with the reason too much return for 3 years, simply based on the fact that that reason does not exist. The reason of your denied entry is stamped in your passport. I close the commenting, we can give advice but we need some basic information to work with.
You are allowed 2 land crossings per year. But you can be asked to show B 20k, flight out and accomodation. Worst that can happen is that you must walk back to Laos at the border.
the waiting list is long to have an appointment at the embassy in Vientiane .. I was refused for the reason that I have too much return for 3 years.. but always alright
correct, but the OP's original post missed the denial of entry and she also didnt say if she's applying for a visa in Laos or trying to enter on visa exempt. I assumed visa exempt.
You are allowed more than 2 land border crossing per year. The 2 per year is regarding visa exempt. If you go to a consulate or embassy and get a visa there will be no limit on how many times you can cross a landborder in a year
given you were rejected at DMK, it would be best to tell why that was and provide an overview of your visit and visa history in order to get clear advice...
