TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can apply for a 30-day extension on the expiration date of your visa, which is February 21st in your case. You can visit Samui immigration on that day to extend your stay without losing any days.

on day of exit stamp. Last opportunity though ๐Ÿ˜Š

You can go to apply for the 30 day Extension of Stay between 30 days before and the last day of the Admitted to Stay date stamped in your passport. You will not loose days by going early, because the 30 days Extension is added to your current stay.

yes, usually I always go before. But this time I can't and I was wondering if it's OK to go on the same day. But you say the last day of the admitted stay... So that should be the 21st then and it means its safe to go on that day, right? ๐Ÿ˜Š
