Check if you’re able to apply for a six months multiple entries tourist visa. Even if you’re not allowed to do an extension this will potentially give you almost 3 x 60 days.

Unfortunately because you’re from Bangladesh you can’t extend your single entry tourist visa.

To stay longer you’d need to convert to another eligible visa type or leave and re enter with another tourist visa.

Depends on what you’d qualify for. If you’re over 50, married to a Thai, get a job, etc.

No. not in Thailand. You’d have to visit a Thai consulate outside of Thailand. You’d need to check with their website to see if you’d be eligible to apply there.
