I have had 1 30 day extension the question is can I get a 60 day extension next TIA.

That info graphic suggests they add it to your current stamp. That may be the case at some offices but it definitely isn’t in Phuket. You get 60 days from the day you apply as you are “changing the reason” for an extension.
