TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can extend a multi-entry NON-O marriage visa received from Savannakhet in Thailand. It can typically be converted to a 1-year extension, or you can opt for a 60-day extension.

perfect. Apologies, didn't mean to be rude. The rules are different for foreign females.

Well, now after you clarified that you are a Thia female asking for your farang husband, then I can only repeat what I wrote before:

if he does a border run before the visa validity expires, he will get stamped in for another 90-days stay permit. This will give him enough time to season 400.000.- THB in a Thai bank account in his sole name.

and he could also visit Immigration together with you and a freshly printed Kor Ror 22 marriage registry document from an amphoe, and ask for the 60-days extension based on “visit family”

The visa has only less than a month left before the expiry date. There is not enough time to have the money 2 months prior the application. Do you know what options are available in the meantime?

If you are married to a Thai citizen, you do not need a financial proof for the application to the "1-year extension of stay based on being married to a Thai"

Lily Hemman no worries. You can get a 60 day visit family extension. That gives you time to season the money.

Thank you for your reply. May I ask if you know the current rule about showing 400K? I heard that the amount is required to be showed in the account when applying for the extension but no need to have it 4 months in advance anymore. Is this correct?

it has never been 4 months. The money needs to be in the account for minimum 2 months before applying. No changes in that.
